Add or Remove Samsung Account on Galaxy S20, S20+ or S20 Ultra

Follow the below steps to remove a Samsung account:

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Scroll down and tap Accounts and backup.
  • Tap Accounts.
  • Select your Samsung account.
  • Tap More options (three dots).
  • Select the Remove account.
  • Review the information and tap Remove.
  • Enter your password to verify your identity.
  • Tap OK.

Simply do the following steps to add a Samsung account:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Swipe to and select Accounts and backup.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Add account.
  5. Tap the Samsung account.
  6. Enter your Samsung account info and tap Sign in.

If you don’t already have an account, don’t worry. Just tap Create an account to make one and follow the prompts to complete the process.
