Samsung has released the flagship S series smartphone from the company which is the Galaxy S8 and the company is also planning on launching the latest version of the Galaxy Note series which will be the Galaxy Note 8. In preparation of the Galaxy Note 8’s launch, the US carrier T-Mobile has slashed the prices of the earlier version of the Samsung smartphones. In particular, T-Mobile has discounted the Galaxy Note 5 smartphone which was launched in 2015. Talking more about the offer, T-Mobile has been selling the Galaxy Note 5 for a price of $480 which is pre-owned that means it has been used by someone else before as well.
Now, the carrier has discounted the price of this pre-owned Galaxy Note 5 with $80 so the smartphone will now cost $400 if you want to buy it from T-Mobile. Talking more about the details of the deal, the color option available is Gold and the device comes with 32GB internal storage. Customers can also go for monthly payment of $16.67 for a period of 2 years. This can be a great deal if you want to buy the Galaxy Note series smartphones as the Note 5 is effectively the latest Note series smartphone from the company as the Note 7 released last year was taken back due to issues in the phone.
Talking about the Note 5 from Samsung, the phone comes with 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display powered by 1.5GHz octa-core Exynos 7420 processor. It packs in 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, which is its maximum limit sadly, as there is no option for expanding the storage. The device rocks 16MP rear shooter and a 5MP selfie camera. Apart from that, the device came with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update but that has now been upgraded to Android 7.0 Nougat and the Android 7.1.1 Nougat update is expected to be released soon on the device.
