Updated on November 24, 2020: Today Samsung rolled the same update to Galaxy S7 in Europe carriers like Orange, Tre, Three, VVT, and more.

Today Samsung Galaxy S7 started receiving September 2020 security patch with build number G930FXXU8ETI2 which also fixes the bugs present in the device.

This update is based on Android 8.1 Oreo and brings no major changes except the security patch and improvements. As we speak, the update is currently live in the Europe region. It is rolling via OTA (Over the air) in a phase-wise manner and may soon available in other regions as well. If you have a Galaxy S7 with variant SM-G930F, then you may receive the notification to upgrade your security patch to September 2020 with build number G930FXXU8ETI2.
