Meanwhile, OnePlus has mentioned a fix for the random shutdown issue. In order to fix this issue, you need to reboot your OnePlus 7 Pro device into fastboot mode. To restart into fastboot mode by press and hold the Power + Volume Up keys together. In this way, for temporarily your device will work fine.
