Earlier today, new renders of the upcoming Huawei P40 has been surfacing on the internet. It all started when 91mobiles shared the first renders back in mid-December. The new renders reveal the design, as well as some key features. The renders show that Huawei P40 will have a practically bezel-less display with a punch-hole, which can accommodate two front cameras. On the back, it sports a protruding rectangular camera module with Triple LEICA-powered cameras and a dual LED flash unit.
The Huawei P40 pro is expected to feature a ‘quad-curved’ display and also quad rear cameras. It is also rumored to have a massive 52MP Huawei-only (as always, from Sony) primary lens on the back.

The specifications of both the flagships are a bit fuzzy till date. As expected, Huawei P40 will have their latest flagship SoC Kirin 990, with 5G capabilities. The device will have a triple camera setup consisting a primary lens, a wide angle and a ToF sensor. It may have Android 10 based on EMUI 10 out of the box without Google services, as the US ban still stays.The display on the Huawei P40 is said to sized somewhere in between 6.1 and 6.2 inches.
For it’s big brother, the Huawei P40 pro, is expected to feature an improved periscopic style telephoto lens with the support for 10X optical zoom. The rumors are prophesying that it’ll boast a quad camera setup with a massive 52MP primary lens. The other three cameras are most likely to be a wide angle, a periscopic style telephoto, a macro lens or a Time of Flight sensor.
