  • Open your Google Account from here.
  • Sign in with your id and password.
  • Go to Data & Personalisation tab.
  • Click on Manage Your Activity Controls under Activity Control section.
  • Go to the Location History section.
  • Choose whether your account or your devices can report Location History to Google.
    • Your account and all devices: At the top, turn Location History on or off.
    • Only a certain device: Under “This device” or “Devices on this account,” turn the device on or off.

Location history on Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL can be deleted from two methods. One from Google Maps app and another by using a web browser. We are going to discuss the second method in which we will access the Google Map timeline to delete the location history.
