Pre-Requisite
- If you are not in the previous soak, then you don’t get the current Blur_Version.27.21.4 soak update via OTA.
- Ensure that your phone is not rooted.
- This OTA is exclusively for Moto Z Play.
- Do not use this firmware on other Motorola devices.

- Take the complete backup of your phone and then proceed.

Steps of Installation
Step-1 Download and Install ADB on your PC
Step-2 Copy OTA ZIP to the Installation directory.
Step-3 Boot your Moto Z Play into Fastboot > Recovery > Stock Recovery

Step-6 Connect your device to the PC using the micro USB cable.
