The Samsung Galaxy Note9 has started receiving the new November 2019 patch update in South America based on Android 9.0 Pie. The latest update is available with a new software version N9600ZHU4CSKA that you will find in the South American Galaxy Note9 variant. Check the Software update
OTAs roll in phase depending upon the server. So, if you think you had enough of waiting, you can try to capture it manually.
Go to Settings App > Go to System > Tap on System Updates. Now hit the option Check for Updates. Now, if the N9600ZHU4CSKA update is available for our device, you will be prompted to download it.
Use Wi-Fi for downloading the update as it may be a huge file size and also you want to finish the download process faster. To avoid low battery power issues, we suggest you charge up your device up to 50% or more before installing the new update.
