Verizon has started rolling out the new OTA (over the air)update for Blueborne Security via build number NDQS26.69-23-2-3 for Verizon Moto E4 today. This update is still based on Android 7.0 Nougat and not on Android 7.1 Nougat. There is nothing new in this update except the Blueborne Security update with build number NDQS26.69-23-2-3.
The new update of Blueborne Security via update NDQS26.69-23-2-3 for Verizon Moto E4 comes with some improvements in the overall ROM and stability with a Blueborne security update.
Before hitting the download two things need to be ensured. First, your device needs to be connected to a WiFi network and second, your device’s battery needs to be fully charged.

- Select the Downloaded ZIP file from SD Card.
- Wait until Installation process Completes.
