  The July 2020 security patch for Nokia 6.1 is now rolling out globally. It’s a mini-update that weighs 42 MB for the variants of the device in the US. And for other Nokia 6.1 models, the latest software weighs about  20 MB.

There is no addition of any features or any special fix-up. The update will only step-up the security patch level of the device. Along with that, the update will fix up the other vulnerabilities detected by google. The over-the-air update will take a few days to knock into the devices of all the users. Users can check for the update from the Settings app of their devices.
