Download NPJS25.93-14-13 December 2017 Security Patch Update for Moto G4 Plus

Motorola released the latest Android Security Patch level for the month December 2017 for Moto G4 Plus. The update bumps the software version to NPJS25.93-14-13. Now you can install December 2017 Security Patch Moto G4 Plus which weighs almost 1.1GB in FULL ROM OTA File.

The update has already rolled via OTA (Over the air) for users using Stock ROM on Moto G4 Plus. It is still based on Android 7.0 Nougat and brings the December 2017 Security Patch. There is no much information about the changes that included in the latest update.

To Install the December 2017 Security Patch on Moto G4 Plus, you must be running Stock Firmware without any root. If you are running the latest update, then you will receive the software version NPJS25.93-14-13 on your phone. First of all, make sure you are connected to a WiFi network and second, your device’s battery needs to be fully charged

How to Update NPJS25.93-14-13 December 2017 Security Patch Moto G4 Plus

  1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then tap the Settings icon.
  3. Scroll to and tap About phone > System updates.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
  5. Tap Restart Now after the software installs to automatically restart your device.

To verify the software update

  1. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then tap the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap About phone.
  3. The device has the latest software if the Android version, Build number, and Baseband version matches the current update details.

Instructions to install

  1. Enable USB Debugging
  2. To Enable USB Debugging, First of all, You need to activate Developer Option on your smartphone.
  3. To activate, Go to your Settings -> About Phone -> Now Tap on the Build Number 7-8 Times until you see a toast message “Developer option enabled”.Developer option on
  4. Once your developer option is active, Go back to your settings -> Open developer option -> Enable USB Debugging. USB Debugging
  5. Download and Extract the Downloaded ADB fastboot Zip file on your PC
  6. Download and Extract the Downloaded Android Nougat inside the ADB Folder on your PC
  7. Now reboot your phone Fastboot mode, turn your phone off completely and then press and hold Power + Volume Down until you see the Fastboot mode
  8. Now connect your phone to Computer using USB Cable.
  9. When you connect your Phone to Computer, please wait until all the drivers get installed.ADB Folder
  10. In your ADB fastboot folder open a command prompt window by pressing Shift Key + Right Mouse Click 
  11. In command window, type the following command one by one manually
