The September 2019 Android Security Patch Level brings the digital health and parental control function to the device along with front camera shutter issue fixes, face recognition & back camera slow-motion recording. Meanwhile, the latest software update also added new security improvements for the passcode. If the user doesn’t enter the passcode for over 72 hours, fingerprint and face identification will not be available. The screen lock interface will also require the passcode to unlock.

The OTA update may take some time to arrive in all regions. However, if you’re using the Oppo Reno 10X and didn’t receive any OTA update notification yet, then check for the update manually from the device. Go to your phone Settings menu > tap on Software Updates.
