As going back to the earlier saved game isn’t a good idea for all, you should start performing all the mentioned possible solutions first. According to the Ubisoft Forum and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla subreddit, you can fix the quiver bug and reset your quiver capacity below:

  1. First of all, you’ll need to go back to the Vinland in the game.
  2. Now, equip your bow > Shoot all of your arrows and empty it.
  3. Unequip your bow and go to Ravensthorpe.
  4. Next, you’ll need to buy arrows according to your need.
  5. Finally, re-equip your bow and you’ll be able to use arrows in full capacity.
  6. Enjoy!

However, if you haven’t played enough in the Ravensthorpe at a certain level, the trick may not work for you. So, it will be an easier task to simply reload the previously saved game to fix the quiver issue. Although you will gonna lose some of your latest game progress, there is nothing to do that much.

Meanwhile, if you can live up to reduced arrow capacity for a while until Ubisoft fixes that issue, then you should definitely wait for patch fixes. Till then stay tuned for more info. You can comment below for further queries.
