Samsung will unveil its Galaxy S20 series along with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip smartphone on February 11. There were several leaks about the Galaxy Z Flip on the web, starting from the naming, specifications, live image and renders. Galaxy Z Flip is the second smartphone to sport a clamshell design after Motorola RAZR. But the RAZR was priced at $ 1500 and it came with only mid-range specs.
For Example, it was fuelled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset! But things are different with the Galaxy Z Flip smartphone. It comes with a flagship chipset and will be priced way cheaper compared to RAZR. As per reports, Samsung is aiming to sell 6 million foldable phones this year. This could include the sales of the existing Galaxy Fold, the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip and a future foldable phone arriving later this year.
According to the reports by the South Korean INews24, the Galaxy Z Flip will be priced between 1 million won (converts to $ 863) and 1.5 million won (converts to $ 1,295). That said, we expect the Galaxy Z Flip to sell more than what Galaxy Fold was sold.
