Samsung has launched the Galaxy J7 smartphone which is the highest end smartphone from the company in its J series. The Galaxy J series was launched by Samsung in order to provide mid-range smartphones. Now, the company has launched the Galaxy J7 smartphone with the 2017 model in the South Korean market. In terms of the pricing of the Galaxy J7 2017, the smartphone has been made available in the country for 396,000 Won which is equivalent to $353. Apart from that, the smartphone will be available from the South Korea’s mobile carrier, KT Corp.

In terms of specifications of the smartphone, the Galaxy J7 2017 will come with 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 13-megapixel front shooter for selfies. In terms of the display size, the Galaxy J7 2017 comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels. Apart from that, the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) runs Android 7.0 and is powered by a 3600mAh non-removable battery.

We’ve heard a lot of rumors recently about a variant of the Galaxy J7 (2017) that are destined for China. Leaked renders of the handset shows that it may have a dual camera system at the back. Samsung hasn’t confirmed if such a variant exists but there’s enough circumstantial evidence to support that theory now. However, the phone launched in South Korea is same as the Galaxy J7 2016 variant so the smartphone is expected to launch a little later but the rumors of the dual camera Galaxy J7 2017 have started to surface now so the launch of the smartphone is very near in the Indian as well as Chinese markets.
