Samsung has recently launched the latest lineup of smartphones in its Galaxy J series which is the budget lineup of smartphones launched by Samsung every year. This lineup of smartphones consists of the Galaxy J3, J5 as well as the J7. These smartphones have already been launched in the various countries including India earlier this year. Now, the smartphones have been launched by the company in the Malaysian markets as well. The smartphones launched by the company are the Galaxy J3 Pro, Galaxy J5 Pro as well as the Galaxy J7 Pro.
Now, as far as the specifications of the smartphones are concerned, the Galaxy J3 Pro is the least priced variant out of all the three variants launched by the company whereas the Galaxy J7 Pro is the most priced. The Galaxy J3 Pro comes with a 5-inch AMOLED display, which is an HD display meaning it has a resolution of 1280 x 720. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. There is an 8MP rear camera with LED flash accompanied with 5MP selfie camera. There is a 2,600mAh battery on the back and comes with 16GB on onboard memory, expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The Galaxy J5 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a 5.2-inch AMOLED display on the front which has a resolution of 720 x 1280. It is powered by an Exynos 7870 SoC which has an octa-core processor with a clocking speed of 1.6GHz coupled with 3GB of RAM. There is a 13MP main sensor and comes out of the box with Android 7.0 Nougat. There is a 3000mAh battery and also has a fingerprint sensor
Talking about the highest variant, the J7 Pro has a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. The smartphones have been priced at 1,299 MYR (~€265), 1,149 MYR (~€234) and 699 MYR (~€142) for J7 Pro, J5 Pro, and J3 Pro respectively in the Malaysian markets.
