Samsung has recently released the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8+ which are the latest flagship smartphones from the company this year. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ are also the successors to last year’s Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ have been the best as well as fastest selling smartphones from the company. Now, the company has launched a new variant of the Galaxy S8+ in Germany. This variant is known as the Galaxy S8+ Duos. The main difference between the regular S8+ and the S8+ Duos is that the Duos variant supports two sim cards.
Talking more about the Galaxy S8+ Duos, the smartphone has been launched with a hybrid sim slot which means that the smartphone can have two sim cards at a time or there can be one sim card and one micro SD card on the phone. The Samsung Galaxy S8+ Duos’ microSD card is expandable up to 256GB. As far as the specifications of the Galaxy S8+ Duos are concerned, the smartphone features 6.2-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD+ (2960 x 1440), 4GB RAM, 64GB memory, Android Nougat, 3,500mAh battery, Iris scanner, Bixby, 12MP Dual rear camera and 8MP front camera which is exactly the same as the regular S8+.
Talking more about the pricing details of the smartphone launched in Germany, Galaxy S8+ Duos is available for purchase exclusively through Samsung Online Shop and is priced at EUR 899, which is same as the S8+ standard variant. Also, to further boost sales of the smartphone’s new variant in the country, Samsung is offering some exciting launch offers along with the smartphone. Talking about the offer, Samsung Germany is also offering a free wireless charger on all the three variants of S8, if you purchase the device before 15 July.
