Today Samsung has started rolling the November 2018 Security patch for Galaxy C9 Pro in India. Recently, this device received the official Android 8.0 Oreo update in India and now the update has bumped to November 2018 patch very early. The update brings the build number on this device to C900FDDU1CRJ4. Apart from the security patch, the current software improves the overall performance on this device with smooth Android Oreo experience.

The update is rolling via OTA (Over the air) in India and weighs almost 180MB in size. As per the Samsung, the November update has resolved 12 vulnerabilities on the Google OS and 18 in the Samsung Experience proprietary software.
If you don’t want to wait for the OTA update to knock on your device, you can look up manually for the November 2018 security patch on both the Galaxy C9 Pro. To download it, go to phone Settings > Software update> tap on Check for the update. Use a Wi-Fi network to save getting charged for carrier data while you download the OTA update. Also, make sure to have a battery charge of 70% on your corresponding devices.
