Minecraft Dungeons, the latest adventure-packed role-playing-game (RPG) spinoff from developers Mojang Studios and Double Eleven, is turning heads in the world of video games just about a week into its launch. With players given the opportunity to fight solo, or to unite, fight and survive, Minecraft Dungeons is definitely not one game to be relegated to the background anytime soon.
On the surface, it appears that the game comes with just 9 levels, but what you should know by now (if you’ve been playing it actively or following our series of articles on the game here on GetDroidTips), is that there are secret levels at different points in the game. If you are able to unlock these levels, you would be looking at a total of 14 levels or thereabout.
Secret Levels in Minecraft Dungeons
In this article, we’ll focus on how to find the Soggy Cave entrance location in Minecraft Dungeons. As you may well guess, you can only locate the Soggy Cave when you’re playing the Soggy Swamp level. Finding the Soggy Cave is quite a difficult task as no one can say exactly where those special levels are located, no thanks to the random map generation systems of Minecraft Dungeons.
However, you should know that before you proceed to look for the Soggy Cave, it’s best to have figured out the Creepy Crypt level in Minecraft Dungeons. This helps you to have a good knowledge of working through dungeons in the game. Besides, these dungeons are a great place to find loots and chests. Our article here covers how to successfully manoeuvre the Creepy Crypt level.
All that said, let’s now talk about finding the entrance location for Soggy Cave.
Soggy Cave Entrance Location in Minecraft Dungeons
When you’re playing the Soggy Swamp level, don’t make the mistake of looking for the Soggy Cave when you’re still on the first part of the mission; you’ll only be wasting time and efforts. The first part of the mission in Soggy Swamp is to find and defeat an Enderman in a cave before proceeding to the second part of the mission.
When you get on the second part of the mission, the trick is to look out for ruins. Yes, ruins! If you happen to come across a pile of ruins, then you are on the right path to locating the entrance of the Soggy Cave. It has been discovered that the entrance to the Soggy Cave is usually to the left of the map, so, at all times, stick to the left.
If you see any ruins on the Soggy Swamp level, go in through the front of the ruins. You’ll have to work through a mini-dungeon inside to get access to the map for the Soggy Cave.
Grab the map and move on to exploring the Soggy Cave. Discover loots and chests, and proceed to discover other secret levels in Minecraft Dungeon. Remember to also look out for numerous monsters like the Wraith lurking around in the cave.
