One of the major U.S. carriers, Sprint has started rolling out the official stable Android 10 update for the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G model that bumps up a new software version 10.0.1.GM25CC in the USA. Earlier this month, the Android 10 update for OnePlus 7 Pro 5G was rolled out in Europe. As we all know that the Android 10 update was released in September 2019 by Google and then all the smartphone OEMs are continuously working on the development and providing the update via OTA in a phased manner.

This new firmware update brings the Android 10 system with a lot of goodies like brand new UI design, enhanced location permissions for privacy, new customization feature in Settings allowing you to choose icons shapes to be displayed in the Quick Settings. Check for OTA Updates

However, if you haven’t received the OTA update notification on your Sprint OnePlus 7 Pro 5G yet, then you should check for it manually via the Settings menu > System > System updates > Check for updates.

If there is an update available, tap on Download & Install Now. It can take some time to install the update and boot the device. Have some patience. Make sure to connect your handset to a Wi-Fi network and charge your device more than 60%.

As there is no firmware update download link available yet, you have to wait for the OTA update notification. We will keep updating if there is a download link available. Till then, stay tuned.
