Ulephone has announced the latest smartphone from the company which is the Ulephone T1. Ulephone has announced that the Ulephone T1 smartphone will come with Google Assistant pre-installed on the device which was launched at the Google I/O last year. Ulephone has also revealed a list of the devices that will be getting the Google Assistant other than Ulephone T1 as well. Talking about the pricing of the Ulephone T1, the smartphone is expected to be priced at US$229.99. There have been no details about the official pricing of the smartphone from the company yet.
As far as the specifications of the Ulephone T1 is concerned, the smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 FHD 2.5D curved glass with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Under the hood, there is a 2.6GHz MediaTek Helio P25 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm SoC coupled with a huge 6GB RAM and Mali T880 Graphics Processor. Out of the box, the handset will come with Android 7.0 Nougat and the company is expected to give the update to Android 7.1.1 Nougat soon. As far as the device is concerned, the Ulephone T1 has dual sim support and the second SIM slot is a hybrid slot wherein it can be used for a microSD card or a secondary SIM card.
As far as the camera on the handset is concerned, the device comes with dual rear cameras where there is a 16MP rear facing camera with Samsung S5k3P3 sensor with a two-tone Quad LED flash and has an aperture size of f/2.0. There is also a secondary rear sensor of 5MP to support the main camera. On the front, there is an 8MP front facing camera with soft LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. The smartphone features a battery capacity of 3680mAh and supports Pump Express Plus 2.0 fast charging that charges the device to full from zero in 80 minutes.
