Google has already made the Android 11 Beta 1 update live for the users and several OEMs have also made it available for their eligible devices. However, even after so many months since its launch, Android 10 is a distant dream for a lot of Android phones. Vivo joined this Android 10 bandwagon pretty late, but as of now, it has delivered the update to quite a few of its phones. Vivo Z3i Standard Edition (aka Vivo Z3 globally) is still waiting to get updated with Android 10. On the other hand, as per a new report, FuntouchOS 10 stable update is now live for the phone. Notably, this FuntouchOS 10 build is based on Android 9 Pie and is live for Vivo Z3i Standard Edition users in China.
Talking about the Vivo Z3i FuntouchOS 10 update, it is tagged with version v7.8.0 and sizes around 3.38 GB. If you are unaware, this new iteration of custom UI from Vivo, i.e. the FuntouchOS 10 update brings in new lock screen charging animation, quick sharing features, performance improvements, revamped design, Jovi personal assistant, and much more.
Vivo Z3i Standard Edition was released back in 2018 and is powered by Helio P60 chipset which is paired with 6 GB of RAM. It comes with 128 GB of onboard storage and the device sports a 6.3-inch display, a 3,315 mAh battery, and a dual-camera setup at the back. As far as the software department is concerned, it comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and the upcoming Android 10 update would be the phone’s second major OS update. Now talking about Android 11, Vivo Z3i might not get the pampering from Vivo as it would become the phone’s third OS update, which Vivo never provides for its devices. However, we will keep you posted once anything related to Android 11 from Vivo comes.
