Realme 2 Pro Android 10 update now rolling out

Updated on July 7, 2020: While the Android 10 update for Realme 2 Pro is already out via OTA, there are several users that have still have not yet grabbed the update on their phones. Well, for all such users, Realme has now updated its software update page and has made the Android 10 (Realme UI v1.0) update file available, which users of the Realme 2 Pro can make use to manually update their phones. The update is tagged with version number RMX1801EX_11.F.08 and below is the download file:

Once you have downloaded the Realme 2 Pro Android 10 update file from the link above, all you need to do is to paste the file into the internal storage of your phone. Make use of the File Manager and locate the downloaded firmware file and then tap Update Now. This installation process will automatically start and should complete in a few minutes.


Updated on July 1, 2020: After making the application open for Realme UI stable channel, Realme is now finally pushing a new update that brings in a stable Realme UI update for the Realme 2 Pro. Notably, this new update comes with version F.08 and brings in tons of new features along with some bug fixes for the phone which were not there in the previous F.07 update. Updated on June 24, 2020: For all those Realme 2 Pro Android 10 (Realme UI) hopefuls, there is some good news because the Chinese OEM has now started rolling out the stable Android 10 update for the Realme 2 Pro. The update has been pushed with version number RMX1801EX_11.F.07 and it brings tons of new features of Realme UI  along with all the core features of Android 10 for the phone. Notably, the Realme 2 Pro came with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and this would be the phone’s second major OS update. The Oppo sub-brand Realme has recently announced the timeline for the Android 10 update for Realme smartphones. According to the Realme brand, the Android 10 is coming in 2020 for the Realme devices. Here the company has divided the update rollout roadmap in three quarters of 2020.
