How to Install MIUI Global Stable ROM for Poco M3 (citrus)
Installing the stock ROM or upgrading the MIUI version on Xiaomi devices is comparatively easy. But you should follow all the pre-requirements and downloads below before proceeding.
Pre-Requirements:
- Supported for: Xiaomi Poco M3 (citrus) only. The device should be running on stock ROM to apply the update.
- Requires: A PC/Laptop and a USB cable.

Seeking assistance for the problem I am facing right now on my XIAOMI POCO M3.
My phone died a few hours ago after I downloaded the new update which is the MIUI 12.0.10.0 QJFMIXM. After the reboot, it won’t turn on up until now. I browse online to find a solution but all I tried seems not working.
Hoping for your immediate response.
POCO M3 is a failure. I would suggest dont update your phone and find a new phone and new brand because they havent solved that issue. It is forever

I have POCO M3 Global with version 12.0.11 Stable and a new update version is in my Mac computer already miui_CITRUSGlobal_V12.5.6.0.RJFMIXM_0daef7544e_11.0. But I am afraid to do anything as Last time I updated, my phone died and did not turn on for 3 weeks.
Will the same black death happen if I update manually to version 12.5.6. Please help as I am very anxious to update and get rid of the black death problem once and for all as it hasppened quite a number of times to my phone.
Should I update straight to the latest update version of POCO M3 – version 12.5.7.0.RJFMIXM and not bother with the earlier ones? I have version 12.0.11 Stable on my Poco M3 Model M2010J19CG but afraid to do any update due to the black death my phone went through several times already taking up to 3 weeks before it turns back on. HELP !
