  1. I do not believe the description of how to unlock the bootloader on the A70 is at all accurate.

    First of all only European modesl have the “oem unlock” option in developer options.

    If you attempt to flash recovery for example, Odin will return a write error and adb/fastboot will return “Waiting for device”
    This is because oem unlock simply sets a flag that allows other apps to unlock the bootloader and that is all it does.

    To actually unlock the bootloader, you need something like
    adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot flashing unlock
    fastboot reboot

    I would be interested to know how the author confirmed that the bootloader was unlocked after enabling the setting?
