Reset your connection:

Then click on the Network tab in the properties window, and under “This connection uses the following items,” click on “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4).”
Then click on Properties and open the General Tab in the next window.
Check the box next to “Use the following DNS server address,” and under Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server, enter the following addresses:

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Then click on OK to save changes.
Now go back to the properties window, and this time under “This connection uses the following items,” click on “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP / IPv6).”
Then click on Properties and open the General Tab in the next window.
Check the box next to “Use the following DNS server address,” and under Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server, enter the following addresses:

2001:4860:4860::8844
2001:4860:4860::8888

Then click on OK to save changes.

After setting up this configuration, restart your system entirely and reopen the Last Epoch. Check if you still see the same error. The chances are that you won’t.
