The process of purchasing a video game, a DLC, subscription packs, pre-orders, or even a media file on the PlayStation Store is so easy for PlayStation users. Similarly, Sony Interactive does have a 14-day refund system for the purchased items or content so that users can get their money back in case they don’t want to. Even you can get your money back on the purchase of a PlayStation Plus membership if the refund process is initiated in time. If you also want to refund a game on PS5 then check out this guide.
Well, you can get a refund made through the PlayStation Store within 14 days of the purchase date. However, whether you’re eligible for a refund or not depends on the type of purchase you have made. It’s also considered whether you’ve already downloaded the game or played the game. When it comes to refunding a PS5 game, you might not get a refund for the digital game that you’ve already downloaded or played. In case, the content is buggy or faulty, it’ll depend on the PlayStation Support up to some extent.
