Samsung Galaxy A9s goes official on October 24 in China

Recently, Samsung launched the world’s first four rear cameras smartphone in India, called Samsung Galaxy A9 2018. The company launched it in the Indian market and now set for unveiling the Galaxy A9 2018 smartphone in China as Samsung Galaxy A9s smartphone. The company holding a product launch event in Xi for the phone.

In terms of specs, the Galaxy A9s will come with 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display panel that supports 1080 x 2220 pixels of resolution. The phone will be powered by Octa-Core CPU inside which clocks at 2.2 GHz along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. It will have glass panels on both rear and front side with an aluminum frame. On board, the Galaxy A9s will have either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM which coupled with 128 GB internal storage.

The phone will also have microSD card slot on board for external storage. Samsung Galaxy A9s will feature with quad cameras on the back side, including the main camera, telephoto camera, super wide-angle camera and depth camera. There are a 24-megapixel main camera sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 10-megapixel telephoto camera sensors with f/2.4 aperture and 2x optical zoom, 8-megapixel ultra wide camera sensors with 120 degree wide angle and 5-megapixel camera sensors with a f/2.2 aperture for depth info. On the front side, it will have a 24-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture for taking selfies and video calls.

Samsung Galaxy A9s will come with pre-installed Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box. It will also have a fingerprint scanner on the back side of the phone. It will be packed with 3,800 mAh capacity battery inside the body.

However, the company didn’t reveal the price tag of the Galaxy A9 2018 smartphone which launched in India. We can expect that the Samsung may reveal price tag along with the phone.
