Step 5. Browse through the location of the downloaded installer file of the Ubisoft Connect, and click on the UbisoftConnectInstaller.exe.  and click on Open.

Step 7. Go to the compatibility tab check the box “Force the use of a specific Steam Play Compatibility tool” and choose the Proton experimental from the list of compatibility layers.
