First of all, check whether your Wi-Fi router or modem is working perfectly. If possible, just log out from the session via the router login page and log in again. You can also reboot your router for double-checking. If any other device is working well with the same Wi-Fi connection that you’re facing issues, you should follow the steps below.

1. Reboot your iPhone 11

  • Press and hold the Side/Power and Volume Up keys simultaneously for a few seconds.
  • The Slide to Power off bar will appear on the screen.
  • Now, release the buttons and slide/drag the bar to turn off your iPhone.
  • Your device will switch off.
  • Finally, long-press the Power/Side button until the Apple logo appears.
  • Then check the Wi-Fi connection again.

2. Restart the Wi-Fi Router or Modem

  • Simply press and hold the Power button to switch off the Wi-Fi Router or Modem at first.
  • Then unplug its power adapter from the power source and leave it for 30 seconds or more.
  • Now, press the Power button to turn it on.
  • The green light indicators will start blinking. If you see a red light indicator that means there are some issues with the connection.
  • In that case, you can contact the service provider or router support.

3. Use Airplane Mode to fix WiFi network disconnects on iPhone 11

You can also use the Airplane mode on your iPhone 11 to refresh the Wi-Fi connection if your device has some issues.

  • Tap on the iPhone Settings.
  • Select Airplane Mode and turn it on.
  • Now, all the connections will be disabled.

You can also reset the Wi-Fi Router to clear all the cache and it will go back to the default settings. Just log in to the router page and you will get an option to reset the device. Perform the task and configure the IP address, DNS, etc and check your device now.

7. Reset Network Settings on iPhone

  • Select Reset Network Settings.
  • If prompted, put the passcode and confirm it.

8. Factory Reset iPhone 11

If none of the steps work for you, you should perform a factory reset on your iPhone 11.

  • Go to the Settings > General > Tap on Reset.
  • Tap on Erase All Content and Settings.
  • Enter the passcode and confirm the task.
  • Once done, restart your phone.
