Fix: DJI Action 2 Not Turning On

Check the charging:

The device might not turn on when it is not charged correctly. And it would not be charged properly if the charger is connected to a faulty power outlet. Try plugging the charging adapter in any other outlet and check whether the DJI Action 2 turns on.

Another reason your device might not be charged is a faulty cable or adapter. You certainly have different charging adapters for your phone and similar accessories in your house. Use one of the other adapters in your place and check whether that charges up the DJI Action 2. After the adapter, you should also try changing the cable you use to charge your device.

It would be best to try using that charging adapter and cable combo to charge another device. Replace the battery:

If none of the solutions mentioned above worked for you, there is a chance that the problem is with the battery itself. That is, the battery on your DJI Action 2 is dead. If you have not used the DJI Action 2 for a while, and it has been a few years since you first bought the device, the battery could have completed its lifespan. In this scenario, a battery replacement is the only solution that would help.

Contact DJI’s customer support and inform them about your problem via any possible means. They will get back to you, and your problem should be resolved in a few weeks. Even if it isn’t a battery issue, customer support should be able to help you fix any other hardware defects.
