1. Disable Cross-Play

Make sure to Pair your PS4/PS5 Controller to the console first.
Then go to Settings > Select Accessories.
Choose Controller (General) > Select DualSense Wireless Controller Device Software.
Now, you’ll require a Windows computer to follow the update process.
Download the Firmware updater for DualSense wireless controller tool on the PC.
Run the installation file and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
- If you’re seeing a request to download additional software then do that too.
Next, launch the Firmware updater for the wireless controller application.
Use a USB cable to connect your controller to your Windows PC.
Then, follow the on-screen instructions to start the update.
Don’t turn off your Windows PC or disconnect the USB cable during the update.
When the update is complete, a message appears.
Select OK to finish the process.

For Xbox:

If you have a stereo headset adapter and plug it into the bottom of your controller.
In case, you’re using a stereo headset adapter > Plug in a headset (the headset must be plugged in).
Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide menu.
Select Profile & System > Choose Settings.
Choose Devices & Connections > Select Accessories.
Then select the controller you want to update.
From the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select … to check the firmware version for your controller.
If you see the Update option, select Firmware Version.
Once done, reconnect the controller.

7. Try Changing the Controller Sensitivity Settings

The FIFA 23 game settings may have some issues with the controller sensitivity settings. you may find options to adjust controller sensitivity. Try adjusting the controller sensitivity settings levels to find out which one suits best to you.

8. Factory Reset Controller Settings
