Infernal Soul
It adds one cast shard to Zagreus’ ammo. It is a beneficial upgrade, but can only be used twice. The first upgrade will cost you 20 darkness and the second one costs 80 darkness.
Death Defiance
This upgrade grants you 50% life once your health depletes to zero. This upgrade can bring you back from death. However, a total of four Death Defiance can be used by players during a single run. Furthermore, the cost of this upgrade keeps on increasing. The first upgrade will cost you 50 darkness; the second will cost 500 and 1000 for the next two.
Greater Reflex
This upgrade provides Zagreus with an additional Dash to use on the enemy. It costs only 50 darkness.
