This specific glitch usually prevents Nightingale players from progressing further in the game. Luckily, the Inflexion Games team is aware of this issue and they’re working on it actively. Now, talking about the potential reasons, it looks like several aspects can be applicable to prevent portal connections.

Well, this particular issue can become frustrating and easily hinder the gameplay progress further. But instead of travelling to the desired location in the gameplay, unfortunate players are encountering failure in connecting to the server.
