1. Restart Your Mobile

You should restart your mobile device to clear temporary glitches or cache data from the system easily. Then, check for the issue again.

2. Check the Server Status of PUBG Mobile

3. Check Your Internet Connection

Another thing you should do is to check your internet connection manually by running the internet speed test online. You can use the mobile data or Wi-Fi to check if the server connectivity issue still bothers you or not.
