How to Fix Samsung S22 Ultra No Signal or Network Problem

7. Run Ping Test via Samsung Service Mode

  • Open the Dialer app on your phone.
  • Enter the *#*#4636#*#* code.
  • Enter into the Service mode > Tap on the Device information option.

13. Reset the Network Settings

Please Note: Resetting the network settings on your device will wipe out the configured network settings such as Wi-Fi passwords, etc. So, you can try checking for the Wi-Fi passwords before following the steps below.

  • Open the Settings menu > Tap on General Management.

14. Check for Corrupted or Unknown IMEI Number

The ‘No Service’ error on your Samsung Galaxy device may occur sometimes due to a null or unknown IMEI number. Sometimes corrupted IMEI number on the device might trouble you a lot. By following the steps below, you’ll be able to check for the same issue.

  • Go to the Dialer app and enter the *#06# code to show up the IMEI number of the device.
    • If in case, it shows ‘Null’, that means the IMEI number is somehow corrupted.
  • Now, type *#197328640# or *#*#197328640#*#* on the Dialer app.
  • Make sure to select the ‘Common’ option.
  • Select the #1 Field Test Mode (FTM) option and turn it OFF.
  • This process will restore the IMEI number.
  • Go back to the key input > Select Option 2 to turn Off FTM.
  • Now, remove the SIM card from the device.
  • Wait for at least 2 minutes and then re-insert the SIM card.
  • Ensure to reboot the device and type *#197328640# on the Dialer app.
  • Select Debug screen > Choose Phone control > Select Nas control > Select RRC > Choose RRC revision.
  • Now, select Option 5 > Make sure to restart your phone to apply changes.

15. Perform a Factory Reset

If none of the methods worked for you then make sure to perform a factory reset method on your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra device by following the steps below. You’ll be able to easily clear out all the possible glitches or cache data issues or system bugs, etc on the device. To do this:

  • Make sure to take a full data backup on the device before resetting it. Otherwise, you’ll lose your important data for sure like contacts, text messages, documents, or media files on the internal storage, etc.

  1. I upgraded from a Note 10 to this because of the EXACT same problems. Nobody could help. At&t just told me to upgrade and ta-dah the same issues. Your fixes are the same, word for word… and none of them fix anything.

  2. I had this issue where i could not connect to the internet or make calls , it drove me nuts.
    I Tried all the recomended fixes. None worked.
    After many lengthy calls to Samsung they agreed to send a technician.
    He ran diagnostics and it all came back as no issues with the S22 Ultra.
    However he said he could see the Sim card tray was faulty. He changed this and now the phone works fine.
