How to fix A+ VCE not working error in your computer

  • Wait until the process is complete. Then, try to use the A+ VCE application. 

Solution 2: A new user account

You can also try to create a new user account and see if you can work the A+ VCE program using a new account. To create another user account, you can follow these steps. 

  • Go to the Start menu. 
  • Choose Settings
  • In the Accounts section, find Family & other people
  • You don’t have to put all the information; you can click on the “I don’t have this person’s sign-in information“. 
  • You can also opt for adding a user without a Microsoft account. 
  • Input a username and a password. 
  • Select “Next“, and now, you have a new user account. 
  • Again, navigate to Settings > Accounts > Family & other people. 
  • Choose your new account and set is as an Administrator account.
