  1. Open settings
  2. Tap on App manager
  3. Find and tap on Bluetooth app
  4. Tap on storage
  5. Now tap on clear cache button

Clear system cache

  1. Power off the device
  2. Press and hold volume up button, Bixby button and power button
  3. When the screen with No commands message shows up tap on the screen
  4. Use volume keys to highlight wipe cache partition and use power button to select it
  5. Confirm by selecting yes option

Hard reset

  1. Power off the device

  3. When the screen with No commands message shows up tap on the screen
