1. Upon entering the shrine, you’ll find two platforms on the left. Align them side by side to create a rail on top. 
2. Position the newly formed platform on the rails, ensuring it fits between the walls. Ride it to the next chamber.
3. Before proceeding, collect the treasure chest located on a ledge on the left side of the room. It contains the Sticky Elixir.
4. Now, construct a platform to traverse the intricate rails. Connect two small platforms and a long one in a T shape, ensuring the vertical piece is between the rails for stability. Ride this platform along the rails to the next area.
5. In the next area, you’ll find a more complex rail system with uphill sections. Assemble a similar platform as before, but place the vertical pieces in the small gaps between the rails this time. This adjustment ensures your platform remains on track during transitions in the rail system.
6. Equip this platform with fans, which will propel it along the rails. Attach one fan to each vertical slab and one to the center of the long slab on top, with an additional short slab beneath for support.
7. Once everything is in place, climb aboard and activate the fans to start your rail ride. When you reach the end of the track, you’ll find a green sigil. Interact with it to complete the shrine and receive the Light of Blessing.
