How to Charge Galaxy Buds with 4 Different Methods

Charging a device could be considered as one of the easiest things a user can do. But still, people are not born expert, they also go through the initial phase. Galaxy Buds support different ways to charge it. Some of them are listed below.

1.Using the Traditional Adapter & Cable

This might be the easiest way to charge your Galaxy Buds. Just plug in the adapter, put in the buds to the case and boom you have done it. Your Galaxy Buds are now charging.

  • Put the buds in the charging case. (Note: Make sure to put the buds in the appropriate case.)
  • Close the charging case.
  • Connect the case with the type-c cable.
  • And connect the other end of the cable to the adapter.

Make sure you only use the power adapter provided by Samsung. Using any third party adapter can damage the charging case.

2.Using Wireless Charger

This is the second method with which you can charge your Galaxy Buds. In this method, we are going to use the wireless charging dongle which can be bought additionally. You can buy from here.

  • Put the buds in the charging case. (Note: Make sure to put the buds in the appropriate case.)
  • Close the charging case.
  • Put the charging case on the wireless charger.
  • Connect the one end of the cable to the wireless charger and another end to the adapter.
  • Plugin the adapter to the AC source.

With this method, you can charge your Galaxy Buds wirelessly.

Make sure to use the supported wireless charger only.

3.Using Compatible Phone

You might be thinking about how can you charge Galaxy Buds with a phone. But it is actually possible because of the reverse charging technology which is being rolled out with some flagship devices like the Galaxy S10 and Note10 series, and Huawei P30 Pro and Mate 20 Pro.

Follow the below steps to do it so.

  • Put the buds in the charging case. (Note: Make sure to put the buds in the appropriate case.)
  • Close the charging case.
  • Open your phone’s Quick Access panel and tap on Reverse Charging/Wireless PowerShare.
  • Keep the phone upside down.
  • Put the charging case in the centre on the phone.

That is it your Galaxy Buds are now charging. And it is the charge from the phone so make sure you charge the phone enough to charge the Galaxy Buds.

4.Using a PC/Laptop

This is the last method in our list to charge the Galaxy Buds. In this method, we are going to use a PC/laptop as a power source. Follow the below steps to do it.

  • Put the buds in the charging case. (Note: Make sure to put the buds in the appropriate case.)
  • Close the charging case.
  • Connect the case with the type-c cable.
  • And connect the other end of the cable to one the USB port.

You can check the battery level of each of the earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app. Just open the app and check the remaining battery power in the Earbuds section. Be sure that your earbuds are actively connecting to the phone when doing this.
