  2. Hi, any ideal how to solve this problem : photo taken under Ultra HD can’t be processed. There is message pop out “open camera fail, try to switch to another camera” then it automatically turn to selfie screen.
    Fyi, I just use the Vivo V7 Plus less then 3 weeks, out of sudden encountered this problem. I have restart the phone for few times but remain unchanged.

    1. are you using facebook or any similar apps? Because there are few apps which will run in the background. This causes the battery drain and overheat issue.
