Manually Check for OTA Update

Either you’re running your Galaxy S10e device on the stable One UI version or the Android 10 beta build, you should receive the latest OTA update very soon. However, the incremental roll-out process may get delayed for your device. Therefore, checking for the software OTA update manually on an interval basis is recommended.

Updating your device via OTA should be done by connecting your device to a Wi-Fi and maintain the battery level more than 50% as well.

Now, head over to the Settings menu on your device > About Phone > Software update. If the latest firmware version G970USQU2CSKP is available then simply download and apply it.

Note:

Keep in mind that though the software update is a stable build, it still could have some of the bugs. It may take a couple of more updates to fix all of the issues, so we will recommend you to take a full backup at first.
