How to Fix If Gallery App Crash on Poco X2 after Update?

Gallery app is one of the most used and common apps on a smartphone. But sometimes while using it we face unwanted crashes and sometimes it crashes in every while and made it impossible to use the app. Sometimes it is devices specific and sometimes it is dependent on the app, maybe some bugs from the application side. If you are too facing the same issue with your Poco X2, there is nothing to worry about. Here, in this guide, we have covered various methods to fix when Gallery App Crash on Poco X2 after Update in very simple steps.

It is very annoying when you are using your favorite App and it suddenly stops or hangs and you are directed back to the Home Screen. This usually occurs when you update your device software but forget to download App updates from the Play Store. Also, when your WiFi or cellular data is slow or unstable, Apps tend to malfunction. Another reason for the Android Apps crashing problem is the lack of storage space in your device. This occurs when you overload your device’s internal memory with heavy Apps, games, photos, movies, videos, audio files, documents, and whatnot. This clogs up your internal memory as well as corrupts the device’s cache partition and Apps cache and data.

We are all aware that Android is a very self-sufficient platform and performs many operations on its own. Thus, a change undergoing in the device’s software is also to be blamed for Apps crashing the Android issue. Just like the reasons which cause Apps to crash, the solutions listed and explained below are also easy to understand and simple to implement.

Reasons Behind the Issue

Before diving into the solutions to a Gallery App not working, it is important to first understand the cause of the app freezing and crashing. Sometimes, an app simply becomes unresponsive or crashes entirely, because you haven’t updated it. If the app uses the internet, then a weak internet connection or the lack of an internet connection may cause it to perform poorly.

It may also be that your phone has run out of storage space, causing the app to run poorly. In that case, you may have to clear the cache on the app regularly to give it a boost. Sometimes, an app crashes simply because it has been poorly built; in that case, the fault lies on the developer.
