The solutions mentioned here are essential, but it has worked wonders for many HyperX Cloud 2 troubled users. So try one solution after the other until you find the one that works for you.

Try using a different USB port:

For connecting the headset to the PC, we have USB port connectivity. If you are trying to use only one particular USB for your headset, you should consider changing the USB port on your device. You will have multiple USB ports for connectivity, and you need to try and use all of them and check whether one does the trick for you. Do not stick to one particular USB port.

If trying out the other USB ports does not solve your detection problem with the HyperX Cloud 2, move on to the next solution.

Update the audio drivers:

To perform the update automatically,

  • press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  • Enter “devmgmt.msc” in the dialog box and click the Ok button.

  • Once it finds an update, it will automatically install the latest Bluetooth drivers on your computer.

To update the audio drivers manually, go to your system manufacturer’s website and look for your system model’s audio drivers. Download and install them directly onto your device and restart the system.

You can also perform the update using a third-party program that scans your entire computer for outdated drivers.
