Immortals Fenyx Rising is a new IP with new mechanics and new ways. Getting the health back in Immortals Fenyx Rising is also different from the normal way that you are used to. You have to heal, restore, and increase health in the game to get yourself going.

Now, most of the players don’t know this. This guide will tell them what all they need to heal, restore, and increase health in the Immortals Fenyx Rising and how to get it done. So let’s get started.

Immortals Fenyx Rising | How to Heal, Restore, and Increase Health

Immortals Fenyx Rising | How to Heal, Restore, and Increase health

There is a red portion available in the Immortals, which gets you back the lost health. To acquire this portion, press left on the D-pad and quickly drink the portion. You can upgrade this red portion at the Cauldrons of Circe. You can find the Cauldrons of Circe at multiple places in the game world, particularly at the Hall of the Gods. The portion is very powerful as it restores the health of the player to a large extend.

Now, if you hold left on the D-pad you will be able to consume a pomegranate. The similarity of its color with that of the red portion makes it a good source of health. However, it is not as powerful as the red portion. Following is a detailed list of the items that you can consume/acquire to restore health in Immortals Fenyx Rising.

What Are the healing items in Immortals Fenyx Rising?

Small Pomegranates

Pomegranates are a good source of health only when the damage is not much. These can restore only a small bit part of your health in the game.

These are very easy to find since they are available in abundance throughout the game world. These look like red-colored spheres that glow and are placed in small baskets. To pick up the pomegranates, press the ‘interact’ button.

Health Potion

This is a strong portion that is found in two places: in the chests and crafted in the Hall of the Gods. You can craft this portion in the Hall of the Gods at the Cauldron of Circe. One portion of this is made of five pomegranates.

However, it is better than five individual pomegranates as you can heal a few health pips with this one portion, and it is a single pick. You can increase the effectiveness of the portion by upgrading it with golden amber. The health portion can heal a ton of Fenyx’s health.

Big Pomegranate Balls

Like the small pomegranates, these are also available everywhere across the game world, but these are much stronger. Found in the Vaults of Tartaros, the special big pomegranates can refill the health of players completely.

How to upgrade health in Immortals Fenyx Rising

Acquiring the following items in the game helps the player to upgrade the health. Given below is the detail of these items, their working, and how to acquire them.

Ambrosia

Ambrosias are beautiful crystals that are a mix of dark blue, pink, and light blue. This a must-have item for upgrading the health of the player. It is available everywhere in the game world but in a hidden state. You need to use the FarSight to mark and see ambrosia. Hold in the right stick to use the FarSight.

Once sighted, collect a lot of these crystals and head back to the Hall of the Gods. Cash the crystals in the Kylix of Athena. It will upgrade your health, but every time you go to the Kylix of Athena, it will take more and more ambrosia for health up-gradation.

Gears

Out of many gears available in the game, some are useful for upgrading the player’s health. The Robe of the New Olympian gear piece is a good example. These are all available in the gear menu.
