After you have configured these sound settings, play a game or a video and check if you can hear the sound from your Logitech headset.
3. Run Windows Troubleshooter
Microsoft ships all Windows computers with a built-in troubleshooter which does a very good job of fixing minor issues. You should therefore run the troubleshooter to check if it can fix the sound issues on your Logitech G935 headset.
Here’s how to use the Windows troubleshooter:
- Press “Windows + X” and click the “Settings” option.
- Tap on “System” from the left pane.
- Scroll down to “Troubleshoot” and tap on it.
- Click “Other troubleshooters”.
- Tap on the “Run” button next to “Playing Audio”. Your computer will now look for problems.

6. Reset Your Logitech Headset
