Comments

  1. I will not deal with Mercari again. Seller described my recent purchase as in excellent condition. I received it and it is damaged. Had to send pictures of damaged item twice and several emails to Team Mercari on returning item and they are of no help. Found out that this company is Japan based. I am trying to message seller. I told Mercari not to release funds to seller until this gets resolved. Customer service with this company is horrible. Totally dissatisfied.
