Updated on March 23, 2021: Xiaomi released March 2021 security patch update for the Mi 9 SE in Russia with a software version labeled with V12.0.3.0.QFBRUXM. The update is still based on Android 10.
The Mi 9 SE (codename-grus) is currently getting a massive software update with build V11.0.2.0.QFBRUXM with Android 10 Q. After rolling Android 10 update globally, now the Russian variant is also getting the taste of Android 10. Yes, this update is for the Russian variant of the device which brings the February 2020 security patch, optimization for full-screen devices improves touch control and optimizes the speed of Mi-Share. Check OTA Update Manually
Like we mentioned that OTA will be out in phases, so, you may not get to see the update right away. So, instead of waiting, why not manually search for the update.? To do it, go to the device Settings menu > tap on About Phone > select Software Update.
If the latest MIUI Russian Stable ROM update is available, then tap on the Download and Install. Wait while the update installation takes place and your device will reboot automatically with the new software.

In case, the above procedure doesn’t work, then the next workaround is to manually flash the QFBRUXM update via recovery or Fastboot method.
Pre-Requirements:
- This ROM file is for Mi 9 SE (Russian Variant) only. Don’t try it on any other Xiaomi devices.
- Fully charge your device or at least keep above 60% to skip accidental shut down during the installation process.
- Make sure to take a full backup of the device data without Root.
