But, as per a recent report in the official Mi Community forum, a list of Xiaomi devices has come up that depicts, as of yet, how many and which Xiaomi phones, have been updated or support the VoWiFi or WiFi calling services by Jio, Airtel or Vodafone. For those who do not know, VoWiFi (WiFi Calling) is a feature that makes use of the WiFi (when available) instead of the normal mobile cellular network, to improve the call quality.
Moreover, more importantly, this feature will come handy when there is No Mobile Network Signal / Signal Strength is weak. What is VoWiFi?
As already mentioned, the VoWiFi or WiFi calling feature will help you connect calls when there is no signal or if there is a low signal. This will then make use of the WiFi network present at that spot to connect the calls. This will not only let you connect the calls but, also you will get drastically improved voice calls.

How to Enable VoWiFi in any Xiaomi Smartphone
If your phone is on the above list, or your phone already supports the VoWiFi then, you can follow the instructions below in order to enable the VoWiFi or WiFi calling feature on your Xiaomi smartphone:
Instructions
- Go to Settings.
- Head over to Sim Card & Mobile Networks.
- Tap on the SIM Card.
- Enable VoLTE and also Enable Make Calls using WiFi
