Lenovo K3 Note is one of the best budget smartphones out there by Lenovo. It came out of the box with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. This device won’t receive official Android Oreo update. But Now you can enjoy the unofficial Android Oreo by using this Custom ROM. Today we will guide on How to Install OmniROM on Lenovo K3 Note. This ROM is based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

To Install this Custom ROM, you need TWRP Recovery. We had already shared the method to unlock bootloader and install TWRP Recovery on Lenovo K3 Note. If you already installed TWRP, then you probably might be waiting for Custom ROM for Lenovo K3 Note. If yes, then here is the first Custom ROM based on Android Oreo was known as Omni ROM.

Now download and install OmniROM on Lenovo K3 Note. This is not an official Omni ROM built from scratch development. This ROM is still under development so expect some bugs and lags. You can anytime revert back to Stock ROM on Lenovo K3 Note by flashing the Stock Firmware.

To Install OmniROM on Lenovo K3 Note or any Custom ROM, your phone must have TWRP Recovery or any custom Recovery installed. If you don’t have one, then first install TWRP Recovery on your Lenovo K3 Note.

PRE-REQUISITE 
  1. This will work on Lenovo K3 Note (Don’t Try this on Any other device):
  2. Charge your phone up to 80% or 70%.
  3. You will lose the original ROM or any CUSTOM ROM if you already installed on your phone. So make sure to Backup your phone using TWRP before doing this step using TWRP or CWM or any Custom Recovery.
  4. You can also backup all your apps using Titanium Backup or you can Backup without any Root
  5. Download all the Zip files from below and Place it in your phone’s root of internal memory.

  1. Hi, I have a problem with Gapps. I’m installed Gapps “MindTheGapps-8.1.0-arm64-20180320_011441” on my K3 note, but they not work. Every time when I started anything of Google, I’ve get this messages “Google Play services has stopped”
    I tried other Gapps, but the same messages steel show up. Please help me to fix it. Thanks!
